Description:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced Test Engineer Performance for a project in Brussels, Belgium.

Role:

The Infrastructure Performance Tester is someone technical and autonomous who can script/execute load tests, analyze performance test results and find bottlenecks on infrastructure elements such as processing (Windows Hyper-V and vmWare), storage (Netapp Metrocluster), VDI (Citrix Xendesktop and App-V), MS Exchange, MS Lync servers. The Infrastructure Performance Tester has enough practical experience in Infrastructure and Performance test tools to propose the most adapted solution.

Responsibilities:

• Design performance test scenario
• Installation and configuration of Performance test tools (Controller and Agents / remote counters)
• Scripting performance test scripts
• Analysis of results (detecting bottlenecks, proposal for infrastructure and/or development improvements, advises)
• Reporting to Test Manager

Skills:

• Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent
• Has several years of proven experience with infrastructure and performance testing
• Experience with different performance testing tools and scripting protocols is a must
• Experience with HP ALM
• Communicates efficiently and in a clear way
• Has a strong focus on quality
