Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced SMC Engineer for a project in Brussels, Belgium.

Skills

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing BMC Remedy suite, specifically Atrium CMDB, BPPM, and ADDM
• Experience in providing a unified service operations reporting mechanism via the integration of disparate reporting tools such as BMC Remedy, SCOM, Cisco Prime, VMware, Virtual Manager, Mcafee Epo
• Understanding of ITSM processes for large enterprise Network infrastructure, in particular event monitoring, detection, alerting and management
• Implementing change management, asset management and configuration management in Remedy
• Development, testing and execution of system workflow activities
• Preparation of system documentation for functional and technical requirements of all products and subsystems
• Managing work assignments of team members to assure schedules are being met
• English Speaking
• Must hold valid NATO Security Clearance.
