Description:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for a SalesForce Developer for a major CRM development project in Belgium. Please see below for the technical skills required for this role:

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Salesforce.com implementations as a Salesforce technical consultant
• Being able to develop Salesforce.com applications to a high standard of usability and quality for the end-users, based on functional requirements
• Being able to communicate with the project team (status, technical issues, creative solutions, …) and sharing knowledge and expertise
• Ability to translate Business Objectives and requirements into technical specifications
• Experience in all phases of a Salesforce.com project track including design, build, testing and go-live or similar exposure through maintenance and support activities.
• Willing to expand knowledge to stay up-to-date with technical, market evolutions and best practices in CRM processes
• Project methodology knowledge and agile development techniques
• Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, dataloader,…) is required
• Knowledge with web service technology (SOAP, REST)
• Salesforce.com certification is required

Other requirements:

• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English.
• Assertive attitude and able to manage workshops and process discussions at the customer.
• Willing to grow and build knowledge/expertise in set domain.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills.
• Mobility in Belgium is a must. Willingness to working abroad is a plus
