Description:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager for a new implementation project in Brussels, Belgium.

Profile description:

• Acts as knowledge advisor towards (C-level) clients
• Defines (future) IT strategies
• Ensures project start-up, delivery and follow-up
• Supports the key people on the projects.
• Manages multiple teams
• Leads recruitment and coaching of more junior profiles.
• Ensures building networks with clients 
• Performs business development

Other requirements:

• Capacity to structure and plan the activities autonomously
• Teamwork
• Flexibility to absorb changing context
• Capability to quickly understand the context and the key business & technical challenges
• Experience in working with complex environments
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Quality driven
