Description:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced French speaking Agile Coach for a project in Brussels, Belgium.

Agile coaches are corporate trainers who interact with employees on-site to ensure the most effective execution of corporate standards. These “coaches” are typically employed to make ambitious improvements to motivation, skills, or social fluency in workers. This position is fit for those with extraordinary social skills and the ability to boost morale.

Agile coaches generally work for a few years as a scrum master or equivalent. The agile coach is a level up from the agile team facilitator (scrum master) and is more expert in teaching, mentoring, and facilitating. Many agile coaches ultimately aspire to become enterprise agile coaches.

Tasks:

• Guide the team in using agile best practices to initiate software improvements and increase productivity.
• Help train the customer’s team in execution of agile processes and ideals.
• Coach agile teams in various agile methodologies.
• Develop and establish agile standards and provide necessary training as required.

Skills:

• Agile 6-8 years
• Agile Coaching 3-4 years
• Scrum Master or equivalent 4-6 years
• Functional Expert
• French (Fluent) Must Have
