Senior Solutions Architect (NATO CLEARANCE)

Location: Den Haag, Netherlands

Description:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect for a project in Den Haag, Netherlands.

Role:

• Technical / Systems Engineering qualifications with a minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering or Architecture experience in designing large and complex solutions
• Provide leadership in envisioning architectures and deployment strategies that fit best the NATO requirements
• Focus on solution designs and integration (across solution areas)

Will work on the NAEW, AFSC, and potentially AGS architectures at operational and system levels.

Essential:

• NS security clearance
• NATO and/or military experience
• A good understanding of military C2ISR concepts
• Knowledge of existing/R&D civilian and military surveillance & reconnaissance systems and technologies
• Expert in TOGAF and NAF
• Experience with System of Systems solution design
• Experienced in UML, BPMN and Modelling Tools
• Able to capture and analyze requirements and manage opposing point of views
• Able to conceptualize large complex integrated solutions
• Strong listening skills
• Strong writing skills

Desirable:

• Familiar with the NATO C3 Taxonomy
• Experience with DOORS
• Knowledge of NATO Functional Area Services
• Knowledge of NATO Communication and Information Systems Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint at an advanced user level
• Able to receive and execute tasking in-accordance with direction from NCI Agency engineers
• Motivated, good communication skills, team player
